Farmers Insurance - Shayna Wood

I called twice a day for a whole week about my family’s home policy. No call back. No empathy when they finally called me back a week later. Told me my policy was explained and walked through with me at the time of sign up and no I can tell you it was not. We got a policy we didn’t realize didn’t have enough coverage and now we have to search for someone else. Wanted to speak to a manager and they said their boss is never in the office to talk. How ridiculous is this. We had been with them for three years and there’s no courtesy for our loyalty let alone patience. No no no

They turn over agents like it’s nothing. The owner is always on vacation and could care less about the clients. Little to no transparency and because of their miscommunication between agents, I have personally had to take a loss on hundreds of dollars in policy mistakes and thousands from it affecting my time from my own life and work to deal with them. There are much better agencies out there. Save your time and money

Hometown feel and team for sure, felt like they worked with me to get the policies right, genuine advice on how they would insure their family, and everything got done with wrap up and plan of action Walk-ins welcome and that’s the bow!

I have always had good service from the Wood Agency, although I have not always been happy with Farmers' adjusters.

initial contact was really good but I was told my discounts would start this month but the notice I received was not discounted yet
