State Farm is great but this agency is not to State Farm standards. Make sure you follow up closely on any changes you make. They admit to having your changes but "forget" to update your account unless it's a cost increase.

I love my local office! I moved an hour away, and I still stay with them because I have been with them for years and they are always so helpful!
