Lakeside Title just helped me close on my first home and I couldn't be happier with their process. They were great communicators, explained the closing process well, and aided me with meeting my closing deadline. I will always be grateful for their services.

This place closed my loan and then the law office that owns it represented the neighbor to sue me on the property for “prescriptive easement” about a month after we closed on it. Also 2 times in the past they have messed up my closing and cost me a bunch of money to the township in taxes they forgot to cover when they were supposed to take any current dues out at time of sale! Worst title company around

Worst buisness ever.! Made many mistakes the day of closing and had poor communication. Most unprofessional place. Do not close with this company. The closer lady is shady and l dont know why.
