Johnson Insurance

Client used them, I was in need of their evidence of insurance. Agent was fabulous and sent it right over. 2 of my clients used Johnson Agency in the past week Jolyn and Cheryl were great to work with.

I came in to get auto insurance quote and was greeted like I was an inconvenience. And told that it's Monday they are short staffed (there were 2 workers out in the front I could see) and she didn't really wanna get me the quote. She went into say it would take a really long time and just acted angry with me. There was only one other customer standing up at the desk so it's not like they were busy. I was appalled by this as I walked in with a smiling face I always treat everybody with kindness.
