Sharee Redfield's agency has been a great investment for my family. They work very hard to keep me aware of what my auto and home policy protect and how best to use the insurance we pay for when it is needed. They are always quick and prompt with replies to emails or phone calls I make to their office. I appreciate their hard work, and it really feels like Sharee and her team are there for my family when we need them.

I called to get proof of insurance cards. They had them ready by the time I got to their business. They also have help me get in touch with people in the claims department after an auto accident. I work, and my time is limited. So they acted as a liason for me. Wonderful people, easy to get ahold of, and you ask for help, and they get it done immediately! I have even had Sharee email me back on the weekend. I was expecting a response on Monday. She takes good care of her customers.
