Farmers Insurance - Elizabeth Pollard

Working with Elizabeth to get our business insured and licensed was a no stress situation! She took care of us even better than we could have expected. We could not have done any of it without her. Anyone in need of an agent need not look any further, she is the best!!

These ladies were amazing to work with! Kaneisha is the kindest and most helpful person I could ask for, while dredging through the trenches of the insurance world, unbeknownst to me. I am a person that struggles with the world today, picking up the phone, making appointments, using technology, mansplaining at its most annoying; this went as smooth as pie, exactly the experience I was searching for. They wanted to drop us because they took pictures of our house while it was being prepped for painting. I explained but they just wanted to raise our rates. Needless to say we switched agents and in doing so discovered our insurance was over priced with inadequate coverage. Look at the details. Look for someone that treats you as though you and your family matter. Pollard is not that. In reply, they did not offer to put it on hold and who would want insurance on hold? They were devious and did not treat our home as it had any value. Sure they see the value now. Make sure people treat you well, it speaks volumes.

Elizabeth and her team always go above and beyond for me when I need something quickly for my business. She also insures our vehicles and does a great job of keeping us at a good value and in the right plans. Thank you very much for all your help!!!
