She explained ways I could get discounts and even reminded me of what all I needed to do. She is such a sweet amazing lady. It is time for my first renewal with State Farm and Jack is my agent. He called last month and had to leave a message for me to call him back. Yes, I was nervous returning his call, because I thought my premium jumped back up to 700.00 (the amt. I saved switching to State Farm) but NO! He wanted to let me know he had reviewed my coverage and that everything still looks good and that my coverage went down 7.00. My point to this review is he called me!! I’ve never experienced this with ANY business. FIRST CLASS customer service, seriously!

Megan has been so great to work with. She is super responsive even on the weekend, answered all of our questions, and helped us transfer our car and home insurance policies. She followed up with detailed emails and step-by-step instructions to make the process easy.
