Seth Lawson - State Farm Insurance Agent

We were shopping our insurance a couple of years ago and ran across State Farm! Seth, Elizabeth and the crew gave us a great price. Service however, is how I judge a business and they didn’t disappoint! Our HVAC unit was struck with a power surge during the ice storm we had in February. It was destroyed. One call to Elizabeth and the process was complete! She listened to my details very closely and had a check to me in just a couple of days to get our unit fixed. Being without heat in single digit temperatures is not good but with her help, we were back up and running in no time, and we even got a follow up call from Seth, the agent! We’d like to thank them for coming to the rescue. Great people AND service!

I recently had a piece of ice hit my windshield and crack it. I was devastated and drove right away to State Farm. Thank goodness Nicole was there,she came out and seen my damaged windshield and quickly reported it. The people in Bowling green called me within 15 minutes and had me an appointment for a new windshield. That's 5 star service, thanks Nicole for understanding my pain , I really appreciate you taking care of this awful situation. Just glad I have State Farm and great people that work there, feeling BLESSED !!!!!

Seth and his team are so great! The whole office is amazing! I have been with State Farm for years, and they have always been awesome! They take great care of their clients.
