Was courteous and prompt. The gentleman was even up front that he could not beat my current rate. Teenage drivers! I will be going back however when my son has his own insurance.

I was in need of car insurance, so I called .I got so much kindness, from the receptionist n the agent.He called me back in minutes,he was outstanding!! In today world meeting an agent who was concerned is phenomenal.I was insured , n it fit my budget.I'll never go elsewhere, n recommend all my friends.

All I can say is wow!!! Stopped in the office and gave my information to the guy at the office. Was told it would be an hour and I would get a call. Got a call back where I was asked more questions about my situation. He asked about accidents and I mentioned my wife had some “bad luck” with accidents because she has been hit by others and been at fault also. He then asks me if my wife can see, as if she is blind. Then proceeds to tell me he won’t even look to see if he can get me insurance. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRUST ME I HAVE HAD A LOT OF EXPERIENCE. If you want to be disrespected this is the place to go.

Easy to locate. Very friendly employees that contact you back. They helped us save a significant amount of money by switching to their insurance group. Our family is very thankful. I highly recommend this agency!
