Denise, in the front office, is friendly and calls you by name. That's a personal touch that is important to me. Very pleasant welcome. Ali has been a tremendous help in my need for coverage. She has been readily available for my calls. It's been a pleasure to meet her and she's very efficient in her work.

Seth is a great agent who really cares about his clients. He treats us like family. When we have needed him, he is quick to respond and answers all of our questions. I believe he tries his best to keep our costs affordable and fair. I think the world of him as a businessman and friend.

The Allstate Insurance Agency; Seth Jean - Agent and his staff has been excellent as far as service, communication, and knowledge. They have always been easy to work with and I have never had a problem being able to reach them whenever I have the need to do so.

My Allstate homeowner’s policy of over 20 years was moved to this office in a different county, 45 minutes away from my city. How or why it was hijacked is still a mystery. It seems like their way of distancing themselves from their clients, making it more difficult to be accountable. I hate it, but have been overwhelmed with aging parents and find myself unable to research another company.
