Susan and Wendy are very rude and unprofessional. They took money from us at this office for something that was supposed to go towards the vehicle owned but they put it towards a vehicle that is not owned that we had canceled insurance on several months ago and they took the money for it but now they say they don't handle that and can not speak to me about it. F they can't handle something and can't speak to me about it because they don't handle it then they shouldn't have took money for it. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they just kept saying we should have drove to El Dorado office or we should have read the bill. I tried to explain to them that we shouldn't receive a bill for something that was canceled 6 months ago and they just kept arguing and placing blame on us when we expl

Mrs. Wendi is amazing. She goes above and beyond. I wouldn't go any other place for insurance. This is the place to be. I can assure you of that.

They don’t get in no hurry with quote or takeing your money just sorry I never call them again
