Charles Trexler - State Farm Insurance Agent

Charles Trexler is truly a Good Neighbor! He has always gone above and beyond for us. The latest was a couple of weeks ago when the weather was bad. A very large limb fell from the top of a tree and landed on one of his insured’s car that was parked in my Dad’s driveway. I called him and he came right over to take pictures and tell her what to do. And then he came back with a saw and got the limb off the car and cut it up and moved it out of the way!!!

Charles is my personal agent and very nice guy. I had to file 2 claims with him. The 1st was about 10 years ago while I was out of town visiting Little Rock, AR. I Still remember when I notified Charles office the 1st questions asked were about my health, and if I needed medical assistance. Luckily I was not harmed. A lady ran a red light and plowed into the side of my truck. The crash was so violent knocked my wheelchair out of my wheelchair lift, positioned in the back of my truck, and sent it barraling 50 or 60 feet into a gas station parking lot. Thankfully some nice homeless men in the area grabbed my wheelchair and help me get back in it. Thankfully neither driver was hurt. Charles Trexler and company took care of everything. My 2nd incident happened 4 days ago. Not a major accident

So much more than just insurance. Charles and his staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about anything you could need advice about. Stacey and the others will take great care of you.
