Service Net Warranty LLC

The website is poorly designed and constantly has display errors. It’s impossible to reach them by phone or email 😠😡🤬 I dont understand why Carrier choose to partner with this company. Truly terrible. I wish I had known better! 😠😡🤬

We sent the company a check for the warranty bill 3 weeks before it was due. All of a sudden, we get a refund check for the amount of our check. Why? We wondered because there was no explanation why we were getting a refund. Also so phone number to call them. Had to dig out our paperwork, called them and the idiots cancelled us because we paid by check. We always did before with no problem. What the hell kind of business is this? No explanation? Come on…..you guys SUCK!

As somebody said below that - they send out emails saying they "LG Premium care". I got for my Washer Dryer - at almost $ 500 for 2 years extended service. The offer letter appears to be using LG logo & may be LG receiving some commission/fees for allowing its use. But when I look at the fine print (microscopic disclosure at the end), it says 'Service net LLC is not associated with LG or its products'. It's a trend these days that's happening across the service industry. Then I checked BBB reviews as well as these Google Reviews & Thank God saved myself from making a purchase of this service contract. Thank you all those who have posted their experience with this company.

Business owners use caution. This labor warranty company will make it difficult to access their website to file claims. Weekly password resets. Must wait 48 hours for IT department to respond. Don't waste your $$$$

I have an warranty through this company on my LG refrigerator. I am convinced this is a scam company. They have yet to repair my fridge. Keep getting excuses from different repair men and always needing to order new parts. The fridge was originally purchased in 2017 and apparently this model is a lemon. When you call the warranty company, you can never escalate the issue to a supervisor and you are put on hold for hours. I am in the process of initiating litigation with this company. There is no way they can be allowed to continue with business as is. LG needs to take a hard look at their partnership with this company. As far as LG products, I will NEVER purchase them again.
