Thankfully, Donna has kept in contact with me to ensure I got the forms I needed, so my horse is able to stay covered. Donna is outstanding, friendly and efficient.
Lenny Hartlage is the worst insurance agent ever. Doesn't know what he is talking about half the time. Doesn't file paperwork when asked, doesn't respond to emails half the time. His secretary Debbie is just as bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY

Terrible. My experience with Clark was terrible regarding my claim. He accused me of lying before he even asked or even got all of the details about my claim. He was very unprofessional!
I have been with these folks since I started driving. My Dad was with them before me. Good people and a good independent insurance company.
