Goof customer service and great rates compared with previous insurance company

They've handled all my insurance needs for years. I feel like I get a great rate the agents go out of their way to make sure you're happy.

Everyone there treats you like family. My family has been with them for over twenty years and have no intention of ever changing. You won't go wrong trusting them with your business.

It is OK until you need something done. I was with them for 3 years. I had to call them once and get a car removed from my policy and it was OK. Then I added ADT to my home and called to get it added. I faxed to them on a Monday. Called 2 days later and she flat out told me "She forgot to add it". I called back NEXT TUESDAY and same story..... If you "forget" to fax 1 paper over, I would hate to see how a claim would be handled. I cancelled myself through the insurance company and found cheaper rates elsewhere.
