The adjuster that I was assigned, Ruby Harper, has her phone set the automatically go to voice mail and I keep calling trying to get ahold of her and being unable to. Not a great experience so far.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband was hurt on the job and this was the workers compensation insurance they used. They continue to cut his disability checks late, the most recent one we haven't even received, it was cut almost 2 weeks ago. They don't return calls or answer the phone. They really don't care about people and their lively hood. They didn't approve a surgery the doctors said he need until after three months after the injury, and the physical therapy that was supposed to start a week after the surgery didn't get approved by them until 4 weeks post op. If you have them for workers comp, get a lawyer!

service lloyds is an all around garbage company. they are almost like an automated machine I can't even fathom what an actual claim would be like god forbid. you never deal with a real person and on top of that they are EXPENSIVE. I will never forgive my agent for introducing me to these people. Thank god I am all set to SWITCH and get away from this nightmare. UPDATE: After I cancelled service lloyds sent me a bill for $300 saying that there was a 30 day window after cancelling. After checking with other carriers found out this was false. SL wanted to retaliate against people cancelling with them. Terrible people to work with.

YOU’RE BETTER OFF GETTING AN ATTORNEY!!! Dr knows what I need done but this company is blocking my health care!! He needs a test done to prove it, but we have to prove we need proof to get test. The therapist they want me to use, just asked ME if I had results of the the SAME TEST so she can zone in on where to treat so I can get PROOF TO PROVE I NEED THE TEST TO PROVE I NEED THE TREATMENT?? Update#1..I see y’all responded for the public! Truth is, when I asked adjuster how long before I can do what Dr suggests she says “I can’t discuss that with you” Seriously??? ITS MY BODY!!!! I do not reccomend this company. Someone ran a stop sign and totaled my lexus. They refused to pay the gap insurance. Their reasoning was that Due to Covid I was laid off, my lender offer me covid relief while I was unemployed because I took advantage of it, which allowed me to skip a couple payments and keep my car they won't pay the gap due to "missed payments" Covid was not my doing, losing my job was not my doing, someone running a stop sign and totalling my car was not my doing.
