Selective Insurance Mid-Atlantic Region MD

I am beyond disappointed with both the agency and Selective Insurance. The entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly, abusive. When I first requested a quote, I clearly explained the type of work I do, the number of vehicles, staff, and payroll. Despite that, the audit one year later revealed a long list of mistakes including misclassified work, added vehicles I don’t own, and incorrect payroll. To make things worse, before the audit the insurance policy went up on prices with out an explanation. The agent could not give me an answer when I asked why. I do not have claims. This has to be the worst insurance company on the face of the planet. Whatever you do don’t Use this company

A company with this insurance busted the back window of my car and they keep passing me back and forth cause I feel like they don't want to pay. I have video evidence of what happened and if its not fixed soon ill be taking them to court. Its sad that you can leave your car parked, have evidence and they still want to play games. Rain is coming and my car will be in even worse shape which they will pay also.

A company's truck that uses this insurance hits my vehicle in a parking lot, parked. But I'm the one who has to all the leg work to get my vehicle fixed.

My cheap upstairs neighbor uses this insurance and apparently neither the resident nor this company can read. Our COA policy states that the residents insurance company is responsible for any damage inflicted on other residents, they went weeks without realizing their water heater was broken and the water was leaking into our water heater which caused ours to shut off. The closet where the heater is has damage which this "company" is pretending they don't have to pay. I gaurantee they spend a lot of days in court because they hardly seem real to me.
