Filed water damage claim, they wouldn’t come out to view the damage. Denied the claim and then received a notice that they were dropping our coverage. We were customers for years and have never filed a claim. This insurance company is committing fraudulent business practices, and it is despicable how quickly they will turn on you in a time of need.
