The woman I believe Kat was her name was very rude to me today when she answered the phone. My spouse and I had talked with the company many times that day and when I called the last time she was snotty about releasing information to me because technically my name wasnt kn the policy. I was very polite when asking and when spoken to this way I then said well ok my spouse is 2 feet from me il give her the phone. I mean come on I've been on the phone with you 5 times today. Would not recommend unless of course you dont have to deal with Kat. Jamievwss always a delight to speak to tho.
