I believe it was 2 years ago. This insurance entity took over accounts from another company. The service is fantastic. Sarah is one of the agents that does personal insurance policies my fiance has got a lower rate with the insurance that is most beneficial for us. Everybody likes doing things online it's great that there are people there that are glad to communicate with you when you need assistance finding the best plan. Thank you.
