State farm is a great insurance agency! Kevin Best and his family live in my neighborhood, and they are such neat, kind people. The customer service is excellent, and I even look forward to talking to Jacey every month when I call to pay my bill - she's always very calm and efficient but also kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this agency - Kevin Best is the Best! :)

I've used the Kevin J Best State Farm office for over 15 years. In that time, we've had a number of claims (home, auto, etc). They are fantastic! I always get a real person on the phone who knows my policies and answers questions promptly. They've gotten me the right coverage, and we've never had any issues with their office at all.
