Great place, very nice people Nubia and Ashley are very nice agents explain the whole process and help me get all the discounts I could get.
Lindsay, Ashley, Bob, and Vanessa have been incredible. With them I never have to worry. Any issues come up and one phone call and its taken care of. Been with Gronquist for 15+ yrs.
I have been going through Gronquist for the pass 7 years and my wife for 13 years. Our agent is Matt Romero he's has become family always sends a Christmas card and a card when we got our home. He really looks out for you and thinks of coverages that you wouldn't think of. Always smiling and just an amazing person.
Lindsay with Gronquist is always incredibly helpful and I love dealing with her! Somebody else answered the phone today and was one of the worst customer service people to deal with. If it weren’t for Lindsay I would have canceled my service right then and there.
I love the personal service I receive with this great group of people. Always friendly and able to answer any questions or resolve any problems.
