Christopher Musa: Allstate Insurance

Just moved to Colorado and looking to transfer my car insurance policy. I decided to visit Christopher Musa's Allstate office and was greeted and assisted by Jared Niswender. The man was professional and friendly. We sat in his office and in no time ironed out an insurance policy tailor made for my needs. Very happy with everything presented by Jared. It was a painless, trouble free experience. Highly recommend Jared Niswender for all your insurance needs. A 5🌟 experience!

Everyone at this agency was very kind and helpful. I was with them for a few years and very happy with my product and customer service experience. Had to leave them on some of my insurance products because they no longer had the best rate for me. I will continue to come back and get quotes with them in the future in hopes to do business with them again. I will continue to recommend them although I no longer have all my insurance products with them.

Christopher Musa is an excellent agent and Allstate a wonderful insurance! What started as an issue with the kitchen ceiling turned into cleaning out mold in the ceiling and getting a new roof. Chris was there the whole time, talking to adjusters and finding me people qualified to do the needed jobs. Without him, this would have been a nightmare! I am so glad to have Chris and Allstate insuring my home and ensuring everything is safe and livable!

Allstate has been the worst to get anything out of. Has been two months since the storm wrecked our cars and house, I'm still fighting them to get everything back to prestorm condition. The car is still in the shop after 6 weeks cause they keep changing who is handling our claim and then giving real low estimates. Would not recommend at all. If I could give them a zero star I would. Christopher Musa hasn't reached out to help either on his own will. It has only been after my wife has emailed him and then I had emailed. So not get Allstate! Added pictures to show how my house still looks cause they are fighting to pay anything.

This agency is the best! I know nothing about insurance and the agent, Jacob, explained everything in terms I could understand. This process was fast, painless, and Jacob made sure I was getting the best coverage and price possible. All of the agents were friendly and made what is normally a stressful process stress free. 10/10 recommend for all of your insurance needs.
