Worked with Sean Browning and his team for multiple years. Found his office to be the most interactive agency’s I’ve ever worked with. Recently conducted an annual coverage review (his request) and Sean actually suggested coverage changes that saved our family money while maintaining solid coverage. Zero stars should be an option. Is Sean Browning even a real person? Is American National legit? I have been trying to submit a claim for months - NOTHING. I have sent dozens of messages to Sean - NOTHING. They're happy to collect your $$$ but God forbid you have a claim. What a scam!!

I have carried general liability insurance through American National for years and recently added a commercial auto policy for all of my vehicles. I was in the process of adding homeowners insurance as well. After numerous issues with their roadside assistance department and the failure of the Associate General Agent to own his mistakes and make things right I will be looking for another company to handle my personal and business insurance needs.
