Spectacular service. I have a apartment rental policy with them. When it came time to renew my lease, my apartment manager was giving me lots of problems asking for changes every few days. Nicole was able to work with me quickly over the course of several days to get everything in order. They really came through for me when i needed it most.

I've worked with Nicole for more than 10 years and have always found her to be very responsive and knowledgeable. After AAA cancelled our home policy (California) we moved our auto insurance back to State Farm at a lower cost. Several years ago Scott and the State Farm team worked through the loss of our vacation home to fire without issue and with integrity! State Farm may not be the lowest premium but when it comes to loss and liability, I want them as my insurance provider!
