I’ve left over 30 voicemails for the person over my case and they are very late on my 14,500 dollars and my monthly payment and won’t even return a call here in their WV office. I’m going to the State Attorney General’s office tomorrow to file a complaint 🤬

This company is horrendous. They took so long to handle my claim, I ran out of time from both my employer and state rate. I needed bilateral hip surgery… they denied it on one side and approved it twice for the other. After the case closed and the settlement was reached, I called to have them change my address. That took months and my lawyer getting involved. My address was finally changed but now they have stopped paying my settlement. I’ve called or emailed no less than 10 times and still no checks. Now they’ve stopped returning calls or emails. This is a terrible company staffed with massively incompetent people. I have no idea how these people still have jobs. I’ve never dealt with such an incompetent company. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.

Retired LEO on industrial disability. This place took it upon themselves S.Pope, to close my case. I am permanently disabled. I had to call my attorney to re-open the case. Then they denied all my claims. Ive been paying out of pocket for care. I call and email but I keep getting ghosted. They probably closed my case again. Meanwhile I sit here contemplating my life in agony from the constant pain. This place should be shut down. The state of CA Department of Industrial Relations should investigate this company. It is pathetic.

Terrible experience with this company. I have been employed with the same company for over 25 years. I experienced a workers comp issue there was a lack of communication with the adjuster. They have no empathy whatsoever no assistance was offered or provided when it comes to forms/documents. Now Disability claim and they could care less about someone’s livelihood you pay into a benefit and when you need it they put you through hell. 😞

Unfortunately my previous employer let go Tri-Star and hired Intercare to handle workers comp cases. I recently retired and moved out of state. For the past four years I have been receiving PRP injections to my left knee. I have never had any difficulty receiving the shots through Tri-Star. Recently, I reached out to Intercare for advice on how to receive treatment now that I am in a new state. Over the past two months I am no closer to getting treatment since I have been cycled between 3 adjusters. I have been consistently lied to and my phone calls have been ignored. I have never received such abysmal customer service in my life. The strategy of this company seems to string you along with promises of treatment only to never fulfill their duty of customer care. My phone calls are ignored
