I am in the process of refinancing my home and Kevin Oclaray was referred to me by my loan officer for a better rate on my homeowners ins. He saved me over $200 on my annual rate. As awesome as that is..what was even more amazing was I let him quote me on Auto ins. I had been with Geico going on 20 yrs. I have shopped rates maybe 3 times in that period and never found a cheaper rate. Well..."I just saved a ton of money on my car insurance...by switching to Liberty Mutual...$2571.80 a YEAR to be exact!" Thanks Kevin!

Zero stars Worthless company I have been trying to get ahold of them for over a month after I sold my home to cancel my policy. No one answered phones or returns calls or emails. Garbage company Do not do business with them In reply to Comparion. My review has nothing to do with Liberty Mutual I got ahold of them several times. My review is about Comparionocal office directly. Please try calling your company and see how long it takes to get the phone answered if it's ever answered.

I have been with Liberty Mutual and Kevin Oclaray for over 10 years now. Kevin and his team are amazing. Kevin is not always available, but his entire team is awesome to work with. My rates are always competitive, I shop around time to time and they always have the best package. In the past year, I have needed Kevin's advice on both an auto claim and home insurance claim. I spoke with him directly about the situation and he guided be though the process with ease. The claims process was smooth and simple. I even used Liberty Mutuals phone app to file the fence claim and it was super easy. I had a check to fix my fence 5 days after filing. I was impressed. In the end, you never know how your insurance is until you need it. When I did, Kevin and Liberty Mutual were priceless.

Poor customer service! After closing a policy I was not informed of a remaining balance and never received a bill. Then I get a letter from a collection agency for over $400. Why couldn’t LM tell me there was an amount owed when I cancelled the policy so I could pay then? I don’t need that passive aggressive behavior from a company we have been with for over 6 years and have paid a lot of money with multiple policies. I have cancelled all of Liberty Mutual policies and found USAA to be more customer oriented, friendlier and much cheaper than LM.

No stars for your services you lack communication and confidence for costumers and Don't care about work injuries even when all the evidence is there.I'm still in pain from my job and Your so called Doctor's lacks at his job for only a 20 min visit. I was early and had to wait 50min to see him while they said be early and I was. Got denied for Workman's comp because your service suck!
