Julie Barnes is so amazing to work with! She was such a great help to me when my HO insurance was so high through my previous insurance company and I didn't know what to do. She is so attentive and willing to help with anything. I am always able to reach out to her with any questions or needs! She is the best!

My family and I have been with State Farm for a while now, and Scott Underwood's office has been able to help us out when we were in a pinch! We needed some updated documents for a Home Assumption, and Briana was able to get the documents we needed with the correct names on them to us ASAP, which saved us A LOT of time and effort on our end. Their office is simply just a call away, and are willing to answer any questions you guys have (I've called a bunch of times to talk about my rates, I'm probably annoying to them lol), and I appreciate you guys willing to take my questions and help me out.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received, my policy got cancelled for spouse information that was missing. I sent the information they needed and I went to the office a week later and they are still telling me it hasn’t been processed yet. I asked the lady if I can get a different quote since they are taking too long to reinstate my policy and she said they can’t do that because I’m still considered a State Farm customer. Then I asked if someone was to happen to am I covered and she said to me we will talk about it then but I can’t tell you anything now. I’m sorry but I can’t risk it any longer. I need to be sure that I’m insured or else I’m shopping for another quote.
