I just moved out here and wanted to switch agents, Micaela was super patient and helpful with the process. Answered all my questions. And even got back to me super fast. I dont care what people say about State Farm I've had them for years and never ran into a issue. And I'm happy to find a great Agent like Micaela. If I can give you 100 stars I would. I went in to get auto insurance today and I was beyond lucky enough to be helped by Bianca. I let her know it was my first time getting insurance and she had no problem answering my 100 questions and guiding me through what would be best for ME. After many thoughts and doubts on which route I should take Bianca always had an answer, advice and solution for everything.Bianca was working wonders and helped me insure two vehicles and I’m beyond greatful for this being my first experience with such an amazing person.
