Mark Peter - State Farm Insurance Agent

This past summer and fall Mark and his staff provided exceptional service after I submitted a claim for hail damage to our roof. On several occasions I had trouble getting information from the SF claims site so I would call or email Mark. He would always find the information I needed, and get it to me. Kudos to Josh too. I'm sure that we were able to get a second claims inspection after our initial claim was denied because Mark requested it. This is typical of the service we have received over 20+ years with Mark.

Mark and his team are the best. Anytime I've needed a copy of my insurance or have a question, I never have to wait. They respond immediately, help out however they can, answer any questions and are truly a customer focused organization. Can't recommend them enough.
