Maria Burkeen was the Agent Team Member that assisted me. I was renewing my Homeowners/Auto insurance. In addition I replaced one old vehicle on the policy and added my new vehicle. Maria was very easy to deal with and very professional. She took ownership of all my issues and addressed them one by one. A true pleasure to deal with. I have been a customer for a few years now and to date I have yet to meet or speak with the owner. Generally, that is an issue as I like to build long term relationships. However, as long as people like Maria assist me I am content.
