What stands out is his team’s outstanding customer service, especially from Sarah Hafford. In a world where resolving issues or following through on tasks often feels like a lost art, Sarah is a rare exception. A quick email is all it takes, and more often than not, I receive a prompt reply letting me know, “It’s taken care of.” That level of responsiveness and reliability is invaluable. They were great to work with for 2 years. Got married and attempted to work with them to combine car insurance, move our home owners, open a business policy with them, and they talked me into keeping my renters policy simply becuase the engagement ring was covered under that. I agreed thinking it would be a easy way to save some time and they would have everythign quoted and executed in a few weeks. Not counting the business policy, we were looking for roughly over a million in coverages. 12+ weeks go by and they could never even get me a quote. Multiple calls and it was apparent that they had not even looked at any of the information that I sent over to them. Tried to call again today, was on hold for 10 minutes, got disconnected, no call back, I called them back after waiting for a few,
