Protection Direct

I got warranty insurance on my 2025 Ford Escape on Nov. 11, but never received either an email, or printed description of the coverage. I called and was told that it is sent, in the tracking to my post office, but not delivered. I called, and the fellow who answered said he would resend the information. I appreciated his help, and it relieved my worry. Thanks

DONT PURCHASE THIS THEIR COMPLETE SCAMMERS AVOID THEM AND REPORT TO BBB if i as able to give negative numbers i would i was screwed over by them said my plan was 1 year and my i was only to make payments for the first 6 months now i'm still being charged and i called only to be told it was 3 year plan and i was gonna be charged for 18 months and that they never had a one year plan even though i had repeatedly asked if it was 1 year and only 6 months of payments then the sorry excuse of a supervisor basically called me a liar and when i asked to speak to someone higher up than him he said their wasn't any that it was just him this happened on 8/28/2025 no i want a full refund of all payment plus the deposit they ask for to start and a cancellation of the sorry excuse of the home protection

I’ve called this company 6 to 8 times over the last 6 months to be removed from their mailing list. I’ve been assured I’ve been removed each time and yet the letters keep coming every month. BUYER BEWARE. This company is NOT accredited through the Better Business Bureau. They send aggressive letters in order to scare people into purchasing their services. Find an accredited business that does not try to bully you into purchasing their services. You’ll have no recourse with this company in the likely event their services will fail you. (Check out the reviews from people they’ve screwed.)
