I called yesterday morning and Susan went above and beyound to help. Includind several phone calls, she dedicated the time to help. My case is complicated but she answered every question and helped me figure what I needed to. She also done research on finding an insurance company tailored to me and my situation after confirming with SOS what i needed. She was calm and extremely professional. Nice friendly married couple that owns the business. Very very nice people Susan will try to get you the cheapest Insurance possible they are just a secondary insurance they sell insurance for other insurance. And her husband's name is mark very nice laid-back easy-going couple. You feel no judgment out of them if you have like an rs22 or if you have any type of points against your system they are very nice people

Terrible Service! Have not had the pleasure of speaking with Mark, but Susan has horrible customer service. If I’m having issues with anything, she has no idea what is going on or how to fix the issues. Tells me she is swamped and just simply cannot handle my issue. Has said on several occasions for me to try and fix the problem myself although as my Agent is clearly her job description. Prices are reasonable but the service is horrible!

Do not go here. Susan uses Insurance company's that do not pay out claims. First Chicago Insurance for example do the home work see for yourself. She lies to cover her mistakes. She only deals with small time Insurance Companies I can't speak for them but I can say do your home work on First Chicago and she sends clients their way. What's sad is I have been going to her now for 10 years. Shame on you Susan Elmore. You broke the law and filled out my questionnaire and checked the boxes without asking me any of the questions and had me sign it. And now I will take a loss on my vehicle claim. You bet I will get a lawyer.

I have been insured through Elmore Insurance for 20 years,I have NOT had any issues at all,I have gotten the best rates and have never been denied service. Questions are answered and overall I highly recommend Elmore Insurance to you. Re-curring customer
