We've used the Schenck Agency for our homeowners' insurance policy since 1994 and have always been pleased with their prompt service and attention to our questions and concerns. Most recently, Aubrey helped us set up personal auto and umbrella policies that were a good fit for our budget and family's needs. It's great to work with such a caring and professional, responsive and dedicated, agency for all of our insurance needs!

We've been working with the Schenck Agency for over 20 years and couldn't be happier. Their customer service is outstanding. Any time we have an issue (three children driving, we've had issues), we just call Jay and he walks us through it patiently. He recently recommended a new insurance company to us after reviewing our coverage and finding a better provider--lower rates and more coverage. Highly recommend!!
