John Gatto - State Farm Insurance Agent

We’ve been clients with State Farm and this particular office for about 2 years now. Price of insurance continues to rise in New Jersey, but John Gatto’s office does offer competitive rates. We bundle our home and auto and have been happy with the coverage/rates. I particularly enjoy speaking to Maureen whenever I need to get anything done. Sabrina is also fab. I do recommend them!

John has been my agent for over 20 years and recently had a car accident at night on the way to my daughter. Being single and not having had an accident in a while I was stressed and sent an email and got an immediate reply. He helped me through the entire process and went to my defense with the adjustor and made sure all work was completed without any issues. He was calm and dedicated to making sure I was treated as a 5 star customer and brought compassion along with top service. I recommend him to everyone and will stay with him until he retires.

Whenever I ran into trouble with all the myriad arrangements that had to be made, John was available to me at all times with advice and recommendations.
