This place is dishonest. Avoid this place. My wife and I were customers for over 5 years. My wife was removing a car from our policy which contains two cars. When my wife spoke to Sarahi, she quoted my wife an amount larger than what we are currently paying with both cars in the policy. My wife then found a much cheaper policy through a different company. So my wife decided to email Sarahi and let her know we where no longer interested in the policy. Well Sarahi did not care, and charged us for a policy we did not agree to purchase.

Been a customer for a long time but he makes payment mistakes like charging my account for large amounts I did not agree on. Overdrafting my account. Cash is best here.

The worst! I called and the person didn't know Saturn Insurance. I tried to confirm coverage and the person who answered who didn't understand anything I was saying finally said they weren't in. Don't do it!

Great staff great service anything regarding registration or insurance ithey will take good care of you.
