I stopped in to see my State Farm agent to ask a few questions. I spoke with Ms. Kessler. I’ve never seen anyone give me information about policies and insurance rules and regulations right off the top of their heads without looking at the computer or notes. Extremely smart and informative young lady!!! Ms. Sarah Modesitt and her State Farm team are the best. Ive shopped around and there rates were the best. They also insure golf carts. After moving to South Carolina from Indiana two years ago, we continued our 40-year loyalty to State Farm for both home and auto insurance. However, over a month ago, we were shocked to receive a letter stating our auto policy would not be renewed. This decision stemmed from my daughter’s first-ever accident, despite her having a good driver discount for five years at the age of 29. My wife also had an accident while moving, damaging a rim after hitting something in the road, along with another minor incident in a parking lot. Now that the dust has settled, I can finally write this review. A couple of weeks ago, my kids and I were involved in a very serious car accident. Multiple people at the scene—EMS, police, and even the auto body shop—remarked that it was nothing short of a miracle our Wrangler didn’t flip or roll, and that we escaped without major injuries. This was my first experience with a major accident, and with my little ones in the car, I was completely overwhelmed. The very next day, I went into the Cane Bay State Farm office and was greeted by Jennifer. I didn’t know what to do or what came next—and I just broke down in tears at her desk. Jennifer immediately gave me the comfort and reassurance I needed (and a much needed hug), reminding me that my car was replaceable, but my kids and I were not.

Great experience switching to her State Farm policies. Made it fast and easy to do. Saved me a lot of money as well. I couldn’t recommend the team more! Check with them first!
