Mari Pratt is awesome. She has always helped me with my auto and home insurance needs and questions. Amazingly, Mari contacted me a few years ago warning me of our home insurance premium increasing substantially higher. She provided me with a few different companies with better rates. I chose one, and recently we had two major named storms hit our area, one causing serious damage to our house, well, fence and greenhouse. Two days after submitting a claim the insurance company claims evaluator arrived and the next day I received a notification of history evaluation and how much I would get to cover the damages which was better than fair.
