Very poor customer service.. I was a customer for over 20 years with my business liability insurance. Tried for a couple of months to contact CT Lounds about my policy. No return calls. Ended up canceling with them.

We have been using Kimberly Cooper for a while now and her service is well above any we have experienced there before.
