It was time for me to shop for a better car insurance rate and I couldn’t be happier with Carol at State Farm. She made things super easy. Not only was it easy, she was able to cut my car insurance bill more than in half. I’m not just saying that either. I’m a good driver with no accidents or tickets and +5 points on my driving record. I was paying roughly 1,200.00 every six months that’s 200.00 a month for car insurance. That’s Crazy!! I didn’t even have full coverage on both the cars I own. Now my bill with State Farm is about 135.00 a month with full coverage on Both of my cars. And that 135.00 isn’t just for car insurance either that includes my home owners insurance as well. Statefarm and the Sarah Browning location based in Newport News is fantastic. They have an employee there named Mrs. Carol Ann Fisher who could possibly be the best person ever at her job. She goes way above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of. Her communication and follow up is FANTASTIC as well. If you ever need anything she is always available. Trust me when I say that if you are dealing with other insurance companies or even dealing with other agents in Statefarm...you may wanna consider swapping to Sarah Browning and Carol Ann Fisher. You will not be disappointed
