Made appointment to discuss moving 5 separate policies (homes, auto, umbrella) over to them to manage. Arrived and had to wait 30 minutes after the appt time to see the agent. After meeting, was told I would get a response quickly. Three weeks later no response so I pinged them and they have ignored my email. Guess they don't want my business. FWIW, I have agent(s) now but was hoping to find someone local who I can easily go visit to discuss things, especially as I'll be looking at additional policies in the near future. They are not interested in my business. Very disappointed. I was just trying to help out a local.

I've been with No Fees for 4 years now and I would never go anywhere else. They always find me great policies and work with me as much as they can. It's a great family owned business.

I have been a client of theirs since 2002 and I would not consider any other insurance company to handle me or my vehicles. Absolutely awesome people and 10 stars in my book
