I recently had the pleasure of speaking with David Booth regarding insurance plan/options, and I cannot recommend him enough. David is an expert in his field. He was incredibly accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, as well tremendously patient. All questions and concerns I had he answered. I didn’t feel rushed or made to feel ignorant for my lack of knowledge on all the different coverage types. He had a positive attitude; we had a few laughs even as he was very cheerful, kind and supportive. He took the time first to listen to my needs and then explained all options, provided clear and concise answers as he wanted to make sure I had full understanding to make well informed decisions. It was evident that he genuinely cared about finding the best value for me and without any pressure

I am truly grateful that I am with State Farm and this is credited to Amy. I was frustrated that my homeowners insurance and auto insurance had increased a lot over the past year. I decided to call State Farm because I’m familiar with them and I had been a client with them for so many years with others insurance products. Amy was so professional, so patient, so thorough and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She follow up with me. She answered my questions and I still couldn’t believe the savings and discounts I was eligible for. I thanked her so much for being patient with me because I was traveling, and I had a lot of stuff on my plate, but I knew I needed to make a change to save money. What a joy working with Amy at the State Farm office. For the first time I’ve found someone who will sit down on a one-to-one basis and thoroughly review my insurance options and tailor them to my individual needs. I was not only able to save half the cost compared to my previous car insurance and a 3rd off my home insurance (compared to a company I’d been with for over 10 years) I was able to add additional coverage! I reached back several times with follow up questions and Amy was always available and made the switch over as easy as possible. Even my 26 year old son switched over and saved on his car insurance too. I wish I had switched to State Farm years ago!

Been dealing with them for many years and they are the best people to work with. I would recommend anybody to them. I have work with both Amy and David and they Always answer the phone and ready to fix the problems I have. Thank you Amy for keeping me informed on when I could get my homeowners insurance though yall. 100 percent best insurance ever.

I can’t tell you how long I’ve had my car insurance with Pam Franz but it has been years. I got caught in a hailstorm a few years ago and it dimpled my whole car which was only a couple of three years old. State Farm took care of it, got me a rental car, and never even questioned my claim. I also accidentally bumped into a car’s bumper at a stop light a few years ago. It was clearly my fault, and Pam Franz’s office could not have been nice. They completely took care of the damage to the car’s bumper. Whenever I have a question, Pam and her office staff get right on it. They are all professional, kind, and helpful.
