I do not recommend working with this company. They were not transparent about their process or their prices. They gave us quotes for auto and home insurance that were initially very competitive, but later increased the premiums drastically (almost 40%) AFTER I already switched over and BEFORE the quoted policy period was over. They did not inform us that the price could change when we signed on and paid the down payment. They did not even inform us of the auto increase when it happened a month later; we only noticed when we looked closely at the monthly invoice. There were no changes to our car, home or life situations to cause the price increase. Sanviti Insurance Agency manages all our insurance policies (auto and real-estate). The staff members always respond very quickly and efficiently. They always manage to help us in a very short time. In the 6+ years that we are working with Sanviti Insurance Agency we had three claims, and someone filed a lawsuit against my wife (related to a minor auto accident). Sanviti Insurance was also very helpful in managing these. For the claims, they made sure our auto was repaired quickly and made sure we received substitute transportation (a temporary replacement car) during the time of the repairs.
