Only insurance here, Don't care about the customer after you take insurance from them. Everything takes weeks to process, cancellation etc and no confirmation will be given or email sent even after asking. Most unprofessional on phone calls just hangs up

Horrible customer service took me 2 days and 6 hours to add a vehicle to my policy! & each day I sat there waiting for 3 hours the conversation I herd was horrible! Talking about her boss and co worker and took personal phone calls as there is 10 people waiting to be waiting on told her co worker don’t rush take your time for these people and if they don’t like they can leave! Horrible! And they don’t tell you if you DONT WANT TO WAIT THREE HOURS! 🙄they have another office in Everett that is not busy and has way much better customer service! So to the staff at Lynn office y’all need a whole new staff with way better customer service employees! Respect y’all self and your customers.
