I Just Recieved My New June 2025-Car/Renters Yearly Policy From This Office, Now Salem Five Insurance, I Was Not Very Happy With These Policy's and It's Current 2025-Rates. So I Called and Talked To a Male Person Too Discuss My New Current 2025 Rates, NOTE I Have Been Affiliated With This Office Over The Many Name Transitions and Personell For Almost 20-Years, This Person That I Was Transferred To Was Very Arrogant and Insulting, He Stated That The Massachusetts Insurance Rates Whent Up 39% and That There Was Nothing He Could Do About It😠 I Have Had No More Past Claims and No More Points On My Policy's, I Am Paying a Rate As If I Am a New Driver or Someone With Many Points On My Policy, My Car Rate When

I have been a client with Philbin Insurance for several years, I have never had a problem with this insurance company until last week. My renewal policy payment was lowered through a verbal conversation with the rep I spoke to, she understood my financial hardship situation, and I’ve made the same amount payments for the most part from June until December, I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault with my child in the car, luckily my son was safe, However I was injured and my car was totaled.
