San Francisco Health Plan is AMAZING! The benefits are great, and I have consistently received the BEST customer service. Special thanks to Robin who is incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, smart, and hardworking!

Each time I've called their customer service, I've gotten smarter. Very helpful staff who actually listen and assist, as opposed to trying to close a case. Thank you SFHP team.

The worst medical plan nothing but rude customer service and it takes 3 months to be refunded for transportation because Lyft drivers refused to pick up disabled females

I called SF health plan several times and spoke to about 5 different agents, practically begging them to switch Doctors for my son who has a disability and several health issues. The agents all said that the Doctor I requested from SF health plan was not contracted with them and then said she's not taking clients. It's very hard to believe that because his current Doctor Dr. Do is at the very same location. Also Yining from SF health plan who reached out supposedly to help me also gave me a long list of Doctors to pick from and every one I picked Yining said they aren't taking clients, which was about 8 Doctors. I'm not giving up on getting help for my child and I seriously suggest that this issue be looked into because my son health is at stake and it's clearly being ignored. As I stated

I called this number asking for help to transfer my insurance and the person on the phone decided to mislead me and give me a wrong phone number to call. So much for trusting the government and its agencies.
