I’ve had such a great experience with State Farm! The customer service is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have a question or need help. Both Vanessa and Chris made me feel heard and understood my questions and situation. They made the process of setting up my policy so simple and stress-free, and I feel confident knowing I’m well covered. I am new to life insurance, but Vanessa and Chris answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction when making my decision. I truly feel like they care about their customers. He explain all the coverage in layman's term and made the whole process transparent. I am greatful to be a customer of State farm I had an accident and my front-end was smashed, State farm did my claim with expedience and professionalism. They took care of my claim it was alot of money if I didn't have State farm insurance I don't know what I would've have done! My portion was only 500.00 deductible.
