My experience with AutoNation Acura was wonderful. From my first contact with Roberto, who placed me in the very competent hands of the salesperson, Catherine, the customer service was stellar. I was very specific about my monthly & down payment limits and not once did they make me feel like my requirements were unreasonable. In fact, it was quite the opposite, The GM, Mike, and the FM, Kyle worked very hard and not only provided the terms I wanted but also helped get the upgrades on my wish list that i thought would exceed my budget. Though I've been a loyal Honda customer for 10 years, I never thought an Acura could fit my budget but they made it happen. Thank you AutoNation Acura in Sanford, FL, you are simply the BEST!

In the end, I cancelled my current home/auto and umbrella policy and switched to AutoComplete. They saved me over $1200 per year and the process was smooth. Couldn't be happier.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my insurance company. Their customer service is friendly and helpful, the claims process is straightforward, and the coverage feels comprehensive for the price. The only minor issue is that online updates can sometimes be slow, but it hasn’t caused any problems. I would definitely recommend them and plan to continue my policy.
