Excellent customer service provided on 8/19 at 10 am!! Very sweet girl & was super helpful

Really bad customer service. Card got declined the first time cuz it was locked second time gets declined not sure why so I asked her if my mom can pay with her card she tells me no we have to wait 14 hours but payment is due today so I asked her if they will charge me late fee she said $5 what I’ve never heard of that. Every insurance place I’ve had have given me 10 grace period we’ll sorry your payment is due today not tomorrow wow well I guess I can take my happy ass to another insurance place!!!

Irma is absolutely amazing! Gave us the best price in the fastest time, worked extremely well with us and was super patient with us as we had some hiccups on our end and she handled it without a breeze! Customer service is wonderful, Thank you Irma for your great service, and hard working self!

Irma is very polite and very helpful everytime I go in or just call. I like how she calls me by my name without having to tell her. She is very awesome I won't change ins. In the future. The prices are good.
